Bethany is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, having completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in December of 2018 through Sacred Seed Yoga & Ayurveda.
One-on-one Single session
If you have questions about your already established practice, want to learn more about the history of yoga or about poses specific to you, a single individual session may be right for you.
1.5 hours - $100
If you’re new to yoga, or if you may experience dissociation, ongoing sessions can be helpful as your body learns to move with your breath. Creating a practice that keeps you in the moment has ample benefits in all aspects of life!
1 hour - $75
If you’re planning a birthday, bachelorette, or corporate event and want to have intentional movement, a private group session can accommodate up to 30 people with an individualized focus that you get to choose.
1 hour- $20 per participant
